I am 67 years young and semi retired. I had heard of Shilajit a few years back but didn't have the information and the source where to obtain it from.Best part of my life I have been very active. Over the past few years I started to feel run down and with no energy at my disposal. Surfing the net I came across Amazon where I found pure and natural Shilajit. I just could not resist ordering it. First I had a quick research on the web and I was impressed of its benefits. I am a great believer of natural remedies especially herbal. I ordered Shilajit and tried it in a very small dose. I was amazes of its immediate effect on me. I felt like I had a new and young heart. I take it regularly now and I am never short of energy. Shilajit is natural booster for sex and many times better than any other products and with no side effects.I am impressed with Amazon's prompt delivery and a very good and healthy product with all the natural ingredients in it.

Perhaps slighty stronger than other types, but more hard and also more sweet. I liked it, ive also tried a cheaper one that seems to be of a high standard and comes with a certificate of its heavy metal content. This one was seemed to have similar benefits but its so hard to say with these things due to the waxing and waning of ones constitution.I would say this however: be careful taking a product (this or any) of high primal energy. One has to be ready to control the beast within once its fed.

What a waste of money does absolutely nothing

This is an authentic product. Keep in a warm room rather than a cold kitchen and it comes out more easily. The plastic spatula did break but then it was easier to take out as shortened spatula was stronger. It is full of fulvic acid which no longer is in our farmed soil and thus no longer in our vegetables. It really helps remove toxins from the body. It is an acquired taste but I got used to it. One small 10 gram pot bought in Feb has only just run out (five months later) and I take one small rice sized piece most days (in a small amount of boiling distilled water). Swirl it around and it will dissolve. I would not be without it and no longer ache the way I did. I did forget to take it for a week and noticed the aches came back... I was swiftly back on it and the aches have gone again. Highly recommended.

I think it might be a good product but every drop I took I was reminded about the high cost of it. This one was a bit firm as in not that sticky. Don't know if any effect but had other brands before and so I don't think the high price is justified.
