Perfect for busy mornings
Life as a busy single mum and primary school teacher means I’m always on the lookout for ways to simplify home life, and this has been an incredibly welcome addition to our household. Installed without too much fuss, it’s been a dream for those early morning rushes when the kids need a quick wash before school. The tap provides a solid and steady flow of pleasantly warm water, making it just right for hand washing or filling up a small basin for a bit of light washing up after our crafty afternoons. The temperatures it reaches are surprisingly effective, enough for a swift clean-up without waiting for ages. One delightful surprise is how sturdy it feels despite what some might describe as a slightly flimsy appearance. Even my landlord, who helped me fit it in, was duly impressed, noting that it’s holding up quite well in the rental. Highly recommend it for anyone managing a busy life like mine!

Hot water on demand made easy
The ease of washing up without the need to fire up the boiler has greatly improved our kitchen routine. Ever since installing this, cleaning last night's curry dishes has been so much simpler. The water heats up quickly, making it very convenient for a quick clean-up. I use it in the garage for washing paint brushes, and it provides consistent hot water similar to an electric shower. You can adjust the temperature easily, and the flow control blends smoothly between cold and hot water. Installation wasn't much trouble, and it continues to work wonderfully. It's also a snug fit in my workspace sink, with a good flow rate that feels balanced. Perfect for homes, especially during the colder months. If you're looking to add modernity and efficiency to your sinks, this is definitely the way to go!

No good.
Not good. Easy enough to install (you need to buy a flexible tap connector). The LED temperature indicator is so dim it's barely readable. Operation is fine, you go through cold water first to get to the hot water on the lever, and it does get hot. However anything past a mediocre dribble and the heater can't cope with the flow so the water just runs cold again. I would estimate it would probably take around ten minutes to fill the sink with hot water. Item will be returned for a refund.

Good value, works well
I got one of these 18 months ago and it's still working well.I've previously used the small heater tanks but they cost several hundred and after a few years they ALWAYS fail with a massive and damaging leak. I've also tried the inline heaters which are about the same size as this tap but they tend to fail quickly and provide a very poor flow of rather tepid water. This has the advantage that it's heating the water immediately before it comes out so it's reasonably hot and the spray filter on the end of the spout makes it feel a reasonable flow. It's not super hot or a huge flow but it's certainly enough for washing your hands or filling a small wash basin. The rotateable spout and the flow control do feel rather flimsy as others have mentioned but I have it in a rental property and it's stood up to that so it's "good enough".Is it perfect? No. But for any one with competent plumbing knowledge it's easy to fit and it's better than an inline heater or a small tank and saves on the cost of an actual tap for the sink so makes if very good value. I'm now adding one to another sink that currently has a small tank heater so it's good enough for a repeat purchase.

nice when working
Bought summer last year, its a great tap easy to install and heat is just right. But has stopped working suddenly this last week so pretty disappointed in it.

Good value for money
This is my first time trying a faucet with a filter. This one has three small filter cotton cores, which looks nice and unique. The steel pipe is light in texture, and the price is not expensive. I will give it a try. But it seems that I can't install it myself, so I have to ask a professional for help.

so that makes it perfect for washing dishes
i managed to get 72 degrees to hot for your hands .so that makes it perfect for washing dishes .but you can go alot lower to..as i have a boiler that requires an hour just to get hot water .this is perfect .saved so much on electricity takes around 8-10 seconds for hot water ..no complaints here ..if your going to buy one of these or any other always go for the long tube ones they carry longer heating coil element .shorter ones your lucky to get 45 to 50 degrees .just remember when finished with boiling water run the cold water for at least 10seconds to cool the element down prolongs the life ..bought many things over my life alot of good things and alot of bad things .i have to say this ranks up the very best thing i bought ....one bad point its 1/2" thread if your uk chances are you have a 3/4" cold tap feed so you will need to buy a reducer "ebay"£2.99 and do what i did buy PTFE tape it bonds seals the screw in so no leaks..i have to edit this my last review was june 2017 ..it is now january 2019 .and im still using the same tap .although there are issues that i have to deal with..i have to remove the plug straight away after finishing ,even though iv turned the tap off the heating element stays on .as i have a plug directly on the wall above its no issue ..if you have a plug underneath the sink could be a bother to you..december 19th the digital clock blew"stopped working" i thought i had to replace it with another one gutted..but it turned out the heating element still worked ,after a few weeks you know the position of the tap for hot water anyway so still not a problem and works fine ..to be honest i didnt expect this to last more than 6 months anyway .its 19 months and still working .am i still happy .YES! as long as my memory is ok and i remember to remove the plug....

Handy and Convenient Tap
This tap is very convenient for me, I will never use my kettle for boiling hot water, and it comes hot water instantly, you don't need to wait. It's really easy to install by yourself, just simply follow the intructions. I would really recommend this the buyers.
