Hi, I haven't used either but I can tell you the Black Truffle Oil far outsells the White

Q: How long does it “ keep” once opened and how should it be stored?

Hi, The bottle says Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Mine had nearly 2 years best before date, so would think if stored correctly should last at least this long, possibly even longer. Think you would know straight away if it had gone off

Q: Is this made only from real truflles only or does it contain as well that weird chemical derived from gasoline in the mix too?

It’s olive oil and truffle...there are small slices of truffle in it. Gasoline????! That would be illegal and poisonous!

Q: Are the truffles ethically obtained?
