Good Value
I am impressed! it works with my laptop... music sounds very good, my mic audio is clear, and it also works with my Samsung Android phone! The inline volume control works with phone and laptop audio... I have a big head.... ears too... This earpads are a bit small and likely why some folks say it doesn't feel the most comfortable.. I agree. I have worn $100 headsets and they are comfortable. I can wear the headset for an hour or more without discomfort... So 90% of wearers should be fine... right? It is an awesome value and very useful... glad that I got them...

I don't hate it.
My only issue is that the Mic's input is a little too strong. I can hear my own breathing. But the earpads really do block out a decent portion of the external noise around you. But this super sensitive mic can just pic them up easily through OBS monitoring. I am actually grateful for this as it is a proper and sturdy replacement for the no longer produced AC-401 and 204 series. But if I may be selfish, can we has decent mic foams for my headset?

Great for the price
Great sound and the mic is also really good. I’m told I can be heard very clearly when testing with coworkers. I only needed these to answer calls while working from home, I haven’t used them for anything else.

Pay attention to what you get, also not good for call center work.
I ordered a pair for myself and then two sets for my children for school. The set I got came in a nice box and has a USB dongle which contains the volume control, mute, mic on/off. The sets that my kids got came in transparent plastic bags and didn't have the USB dongle; instead having the volume controls built directly into the line. The sound quality is pretty good and the mic works crystal clear for most purposes. I work in a call center and plugged the USB into my workstation and my customers kept complaining they couldn't hear me - the boom for the mic isn't long enough; the boom only reaches to the very edge of your lips and I found myself having to constantly raise my voice. Oddly, the mic works fine with online gaming and online mic tests showed good test results. My children have no problem whatsoever hearing and speaking to their teachers and classmates on theirs, though. This however, could be due to them receiving a completely different variant of what is advertised as the exact same product. My other complaints are that I now kind of wish I had received the model with the volume controls built in that my kids got; a little inconveniencing to have to always have the USB dongle plugged into my USB-C adaptor to speak. They fit pretty tightly and are not at all comfortable to wear for 8 or more hours when wearing glasses and a mask beneath them.

Perfect for kids and adults on Zoom - comfy and good quality mic
I bought this Cyber Acoustic headphone because it was cheap (don't pay more than $20). If it didn't work well I wouldn't feel so bad. I also bought expensive wireless JBL headphones - which were uncomfortable when worn for long periods and there was a lag with the microphone. I am so happy with this purchase. We love these headphone. I use them for my 2.5 hour graduate classes on Zoom. I love that the microphone only picks up my voice - and not the TV blaring or the kids fighting in the background. The headphones are definitely more comfortable than the expensive wireless headphone (which hurt after 20 minutes). Honestly my ears get a bit sore with these Cyber Acoustic headphone, but that's because i have to wear them all day long for graduate school. My son is 8 and uses them for his Zoom classes. The headphones actually fit. He only wears them for 20-30 minutes at a time and they feel fine. He complained about all the other headsets we used.We use the Cyber Acoustic headphones on a Macbook, iPad, cheap Lenovo tablet, and also a cheap Android phone - they all work great. I am so glad we just have to plug in and not worry about software or bluetooth connectivity. If other buyers are complaining about bad sound quality, it is usually more reflective of their own electronics.
