Having used a home made solution of salt and bicarbonate of soda for many years for blocked nose I have now been using these for convenience more than anything.It says to not use tap water but I do.1 sachet with filtered warm water.They work well and last most of the day at cleaning nasal and sonus.Only downsize is they are expensive at about 20p each.

I purchased this to help clear a blocked nose after having a cold and the regular Sinus Rinse would not clear it. Only needed one packet to clear the Nose.Note This is not for the first time user. Stated on the box.

Bought these for when my sinuses are really bad. The regular neilmed sachets are my usual go to. These work but do sometimes sting my nose a little

Excellent product used with the NeilMed battery operated pump it has worked wonders for for this condition I have tried everything else and was awaiting surgery, but now I have been able to cancel this after two weeks usage on a daily basis, but now once or twice a week is sufficient to keep my nasal passages clear and allow me to sleep much better, as I don't waken every couple of hours with a blocked nose.
