I bought this to try on a patient with very dirty nails. My plan was to buy several as it would be possible to sterilize the device then reuse. It did not work at all well and I will go back to disposable wooden nail cleaners. Disappointed.

Great for getting the dirt out from under your nails. I do fairly manual work outdoors and my hands and nails get quite grimy during the day. This product gets the dirt out from under my nails without any problem.It's made of stainless steel so will probably outlast me.

This is sturdy, and feels like it will last 20 years at least. It is simply a metal rod with little metal spoons at each end, which will reliably clean out underneath your fingernails.

I like to play around with bits of engine, spend time in my garden, but sometimes I like to look smart! And this product - the best nail cleaner I've ever had (not that I've had many)

It’s a weird shape. It’s too thick and the end is dome shaped which is odd. More of a pointy end would be much easier to use

This is very effective, far better than an orange stick or anything else I have used. I am very impressed.
