Zhu-Zhu Knee & Leg Pad - Microwavable Wheat Bag - Navy Fleece Microwave Heat Pad Pain Relief

I do not use this by wearing on my knee so cannot comment on that. I ordered it because it looked heavyweight and sturdy and able to be used many times over. I am pleased with how long it retains heat for and how soft and comfortable the fabric is. I use as a sort of wheatbag 'hot water bottle' in bed and when I am sitting reading or watching tv. Many of the wheat bags I have purchased in the past are small, light and not sturdy or durable and this is. I like how heavy it is because when I drop my recliner bak it sits on my knee and or hips/quads and provides relief, I also use to relieve the pain from arthritis in my hands and feet.

bought for family member who has diabetic neuropathy. Pain can be intense esp at night. The leg pad is quite wide which allows more chance of fitting around upper leg area. the back of the leg pad is not padded, and can be rouched up for a snugger fit around the leg or arm. I retains its heat for a lengthy period of time and the heat has relly helped alleviate the pain. You cannot walk around with it on, it would just fall down but excellent for its purpose. we also bought the zhu zhu neck pad as they have arthritis in top and bottom of spine. we move the two pads around the body to soothe the area of pain. glad we bought them.

I chose this because other reviews said it was roomy and I have chunky legs! However it is extremely big - not too much of a problem if resting with feet up though. It does the job at icing my injury gently.

Works really well, much better than the conventional tube wheat pads as it surrounds the knee perfectly.Only issue is that heating is two minutes only maximum which makes the pad only slightly warm. This might be fine for many people but I could do with a a bit more heat. My microwave is 700 watts so maybe its ok to keep it in for a little longer than two minutes?Also the straps are fixed non-adjustable - ok for me but adjustment would be better, say to keep the pad on whilst moving around.

My husband as recently discovered his got arthritis in his knee .Hot water bottle is working ,but he thought he would try something else. He is over the moon with this ,it stays warm a long time ,and the strap holds it in place ,were a normal hot water bottle would keep falling of .would recommend and would by again when needed .

I liked the look of the heat pad prior to ordering, but, on recieving it, it was too big for me when I tried it on my thigh, lkner and leg. It kept falling down to my ankles. Unfortunately, I failed to notice that the heat pad was unreturnable. Very disappointed.
