Cleaner works brilliantly, all bits of jewellery came up sparkling. Reliable brand and good price. But didnt give 5 stars as the useless tweezers supplied arent any use at all- by the time u try to retrieve tiny earrings/backs and necklaces on the bottom of pot, your fingers submerge into liquid , which is so soapy/slippery, u cant pick up even the tweezers! It needs a lift out tray, like another brand. Will place jewellery in something and pour on the cleaner in future. Otherwise works well

I bought this product as a last attempt to salvage my Pandora bracelet after it went black in a hot tub. I Left it for 20mins, brushed it and left soaking for a further 20mins. It's now shining. No weird smells, great product, will use again

Left for the 3-5 mins. Didn’t do much. Left a little longer, but the gems looked brighter but the silver did not come up that well. Still look tarnished.Also, the solution made my skin feel a bit itchy as well.Wouldn’t buy again.

It didn’t do what I expected it to. No basket so difficult to retrieve items. Company said it wasn’t meant to be used on gold or silver anyway and even costume jewellery unclean. Waste of money and as tried it cannot return. Don’t buy!

This is by far one of the best jewellery cleaners I have owned. It’s brings up jewellery looking like new. And very quick and easy with straight forward instructions of how to use.
