Amazing value for a good quailty product
I can't quite get over what good value this stereo is.I installed it in my Range Rover Classic when the CD player in it died. Because this unit is so short, it fits perfectly in the dash. The old one stuck out by about 2 inches. The bluetooth connects easily. Not only that; but it reconnects automatically when you turn the ignition back on. Press play on the head unit and the music starts playing again.FM reception is fine. The sound quality is surprisingly good. I was worried it would be rubbish, but it's better sounding than the CD head unit (Sony) that came out. There is a selection of EQ settings. Most sound rubbish so I just leave it on the one I like the sound of.The LED display is basic but gives the info you need. It's set quite deep so you need to be looking more or less directly at it to see. For most cars this isn't an issue. In my Range Rover which has the head-nuit almost vertical in the center console, it's not always easy to see. Doesn't really matter, there's not much to see on there anyway.Volume goes up to a decent level. Mine is driving 4 speakers and 4 tweeters and it handles them fine. A little more power wouldn't hurt maybe, for when the source is quiet. It would be nice if the facade came off for security, but it doesn't. I'm not worried about the loss of the unit, but I don't want damage to the car.For £¨20 this is amazing value for a good quailty product. Recommend.

Absolute bargain!
If your sitting there trying to decide between this or a take away like I was, get this. For the money this head unit seems amazing value. I've not used it much yet but when I have it's been spot on. Connects almost instantly to the phone via Bluetooth, far quicker and easier than the Bluetooth module I bought for a previous car at 3x the price of this. Call quality has always been good. People never have any difficulties hearing me. The controls all feel fairly solid.I did have to buy a new cage for it to fit perfectly and a radio antenna adapter but these were peanuts. It's about half the size on the back compared to the old standard unit but that's because there is no cd or tape deck. I expected it to look cheap and tacky but it's actually ok.I rarely ever leave reviews but I'm really impressed with this item. I wanted something with Bluetooth and an Aux point and as cheap as possible as it was going in the daily hack. This does it all and more.I recommend fiddling with the sound settings as when I first turned it on the sound was terrible. If you don't like it I'm sure someone else will give you £20 for it.

Afffordable upgrade
I do not believe it is pushing out the stated watts in the description very well connectivity and ok sound and presets I do feel like it is either underpowered or not producing the full advertised wattage other than that if you just want an affordable aftermarket radio for the lowest price this is it by far

Better than those FM transmitters that plug into the lighter socket, just about
Yeah you get what you pay for. This thing does the job, installation was easy enough, plugged straight into my '08 Hyundai.Mine doesn't seem to have any memory and resets the clock after i've turned the car off. Not a big deal, but having to select bluetooth mode manually every time i get in is a bit annoying.Still, it's super cheapski and plays music.

Great price but.....
Great price, easy to fit and great sound, but......* When I start the car and the stereo comes on it does so at FULL volume every time and is deafening.* The display is far too dim and I can't see how to adjust it.* The hands free calling is poor. The people at the other end can hardly hear what I'm saying.* Instructions are very basic and poor.Connects to my phone well though. All in all though I wish I'd paid a bit more and got something a bit better.

Wish I had bought this sooner!!!
I have been using this stereo for 2 months now - in my Peugeot 207 (2009).Really impressed with the quality and simplicity of the stereo, it was relatively easy to install - I wouldn't have needed any help (as a total novice) except for the fact my car required the red power bit wired into the fuse box, I had this done at Halfords in 20 minutes.Using with my Samsung Galaxy S6 and S7, the playback is really good - connects almost instantly with Bluetooth and even when you leave the car to fill up on petrol etc, when you return it reconnects and continues playing your track from where it paused. Also really handy for Google maps, as you can play music with GPS directions over the top. Sometimes irritating if you get a lot of text messages as it will push through any sounds your phone is making.I haven't tried using the remote, I think this is an unnecessary extra but may be good for passengers. This is definitely a good option if you are done with CDs and don't want to spend £60+ on an after market stereo - you might need to purchase cables or get professional help to install but it will still turn out way cheaper!

Worked, no memory, then died, returned.
Initially this was fantastic. Arrived, installed it and was well impressed. Radio was clear, Bluetooth worked perfectly. I had trouble getting the memory to stay remembered, simple job of swapping the 12v and acc supply, only the harness that comes with the radio doesn't have bullet connector to easily do this, no matter I put my own in on the cars harness, memory still didn't work. Checked the wiring was right and yes it was, next day driving down to England radio playing and there's a pop..... And the radio goes off. Dead, not working..... Lifeless. Had a quick peek inside and one of the wee little electronic components had burned out. So item was returned.Would of exchanged out but got a branded unit on an auction site for the same price. Returned to amazon and have been refunded.Shame as it was actually alright.
