Great product
I’ve used these in my smoothies for sometime and it’s great. You can’t taste it in smoothies plus it has friendly bacteria in for your gut health. First time buying from Amazon and got a big bag at a great price. Will definitely buy again.

Low Blood Pressure
It's well known, ground Flaxseed lowers blood pressure but this goes one better with added vitamins and Bio Cultures. Doesn't really taste of anything so easy enough to eat, I have a spoonful on my porridge every morning.

Basic healthy nutrition
I add it to my breakfast yogurt, every morning. I have been known to add it to a bowl of ice cream, or a big fruity muesli. Occasionally, I have added it to flour and oats when baking biscuits. I began using it when I discovered its many benefits, including for good digestion, to control high bad cholesterol levels, the skin, etc.
