I've had stomach issues for years and found taking vitamin C very difficult due to the laxative effect of the high acid content.With these I have been absolutely fine I take 2000mg a day and some more and with no ill side effects.The flavour is a bit on the bitter side but a good vitamin c tablet should have a strong taste.The size of the tablet may be considered larger than average but any good pro or prebiotic are as large if not larger. I can take 2 at a time without problem or for children I crush them up and add to medication or liquids.Over all brilliant product would highly recommend for anyone with a sensitive tummy. Reasonably priced for the overall quality.

Great they've worked for me, I feel a whole lot better, only down side there a bit big and swallowing could be a bit of a problem for some people.

Both - its huge size & chalky texture(prone to sticking) makes it an arduous challenge to swallow.Time-release thingy - IF true to it's claim should surely be welcome.

Product is fine but it was just left on the doorstep and not put in the safe place as requested by the notice on the door.
