I find them good
I’ve been using these instead of the blue nytol and now use these most nights. At first they didn’t work at all but I kept taking them and they do make a difference. However I use other things too, I also take cbd oil, rescue remedy night and a herbal sleep tea. I sleep much better most nights now and only occasionally have a bad night.

Good but smells terrible
I've been using nytol (one a day) for a while and have found it generally helpful. It doesn't knock you out like a sedative, but taking it at the same time every night and practicing some better sleep hygiene I have definitely found it easier to get to fall asleep.However this version (which is two pills rather than one a night) tastes and smells like rotting cheese. It's awful, and what's worse I can still smell and taste it when I wake. It makes your hands smell too just from touching them. Try the one a night version rather than this one

I don't recommend it, I used it for a month and it had no effect, they are not strong enough to put you to sleep
