Value for money, steardy, easy to store, weight, height and build quality is a great design.

This ladder is a great ladder, folds in itself for easy storage, it was very sturdy and stable, got this because it was steel and not aluminium, it is heavier than the aluminium ones but I think this one is a lot more sturdier. My dad has the aluminium one and it bends a little and I weigh 10 stone. This ladder is good, just beware of your fingers when fold it in.

So we needed a ladder that was bigger than a step ladder for our attic, this came quickly, and I tried it out straight away. I didn't last long. It's just too heavy on my own and I needed my husband's help. If you're slight like me, you will need 2 people, not only because of the weight but the rungs don't always click into place so needs one to hold up while the other secures rung slots. I'll be honest, this ladder is great but it scares me, I won't attempt it on my own. You have to be so careful that the slots are secured or you literally could have your fingers or hand off if the thing slides down. I'm serious. This happened to my husband but thankfully his hands were on the side, it came crashing down because one wasn't quite secured. So please be careful. Saying all that, it is sturdy, wobbles slightly but it is strong. I've only used it in A frame because it's very high in that position and all we need. So, in summery, it is a great ladder, it's strong and weight baring, folds nicely away, however, not great for single person, heavy, could be dangerous if not used properly. Read instructions!

Great purchase. Quite heavy but easy to put up. Not so easy to retract and is quite vicious you need to be careful. But on the whole I am pleased with my purchase

This is a great product! Saves me having to cart a full ladder up to the loft, it can be stored at the bottom of my wardrobe easily.*Just watch your fingers when you collapse it*

Dangerous to use when not fully extended as a A frame ladder.Foot brace bends in the middle to easily when on even ground let alone uneven.Poor communication from seller.

Very heavy, rickety and could be dangerous if you forget to check that all the locks aren’t clicked in, ok as an ‘A’ frame ladder, definitely wouldn’t use it fully extended as a straight ladder, even under its own considerable weight it bows in the middle, which doesn’t fill me with confidence!
