I bought it for Christmas present. I wish I had an answer. I did read the box and nothing specifies that it's in Spanish as well. I'm sorry.

Q: What type of batteries does it need?

You won't need batteries because after a few days the sound will stop working and leapfrog won't do anything to replace the faulty product they are selling.

Q: Handle height adjustable? Is this tall enough for 3-4 year old?

No handle is not adjustable. We had it for our 2 year old. She can still push it around at 4 but she has to lean over a bit. FYI Ours quit making noise after 6 months but the lights still work.

Q: does this toy say the child's name after programming?

This one no , there is another one that you program it by the Child name
