This is a very nice sofa that is a great value. Comes in 4 boxes which makes it easy to handle. Nice, clear instructions (box 3) made it a breeze to assemble. Very comfortable and absolutely love the heating function. Color is spot on to match our other gray furniture. Nice and sturdy and worth the price. Also customer service is very responsive and polite. My questions concerned shipping. Fast delivery via FedEx.

Thus a very comfortable love seat. It was time to replace my 18 year old loveseat, especially since last summer I had updated my family room and the old love seat did not go with the decor. I did a lot of searching over the net and in stores and could not find anything that I liked. Finally ran across this love seat that was half the price of most stores and offered more features than anything I looked at.The chair reclines fully and it has a massager with heat the ultimate relaxing chair. The massager goes from the legs to the shoulders, it has 3 levels with multiple massage functions, and hits all the key areas. The heat is on the back I did not feel it on the legs or seat, that does mean its not there, it may require more time to heat those areas.There were a couple of draw backs:1) the massager is a bit loud, I think it will be lower with continued use.2) During assembly there is a metal plate that joins the two halves together that goes on the bottom. The plates are suppose to slide between the legs on the bottom and be screwed in, according to the instructions. This process caused a bit of a challenge. had to release the screws on the legs in order to slide the plate in to the slot in order to align the holes for the screws. This proved to be a bit difficult, the screws came out of the legs. I was able to get one plate on then the weight cause the it to buckle making it hard to connect the second plate. During the process of connecting the second plate the screws I had loosen on the legs came out. You do not want this to happen, once the plate was in place it became very difficult to align the screws on the legs to the bar it connects to (the bar has a self locking bolt), with a bit of muscle I was able to get the screws to align and connect. That was the hardest and longest part of assembly.I would definitely recommend this loveseat. Just be mindful of the connection plate.

I'm a 67f and I was able to bring the boxes in from the driveway and assemble the sofa and loveseat by myself, but I am pretty strong for an old lady. Ha! It would be better to have two people. The instructions are very good and I was never confused. The only drawback is that because they are sections, there are small gaps between the pieces that are visible and things like remotes can slip inside and fall through. The fabric is very soft and doesn't show where you've sat on your lazy behind for hours, haha. The heat is good, but it shuts off automatically in a fairly short time. The massage feature is nice. They recline far enough to fall asleep, but they do not go flat if that's what you need. So, not totally perfect, but I would purchase them again given the other options I've seen.

Just set up the sofa this weekend. While it took two people, it was easy and instructions were perfect. All is working well and is very comfortable. One cup holder was broken in transit, I have contacted McCombo and expect a replacement shortly. We also have the McCombo lift recliner that is excellent and working perfectly. Looks wonderful in the living rooms and fits perfectly. So happy with the purchase!

Love the material & size. It is perfect! The only complaint would be the massage is loud but feels great!

Arrived complete and in undamaged shipping boxes. Assembly was easy, everything is working great, the only thing is the material is warm or doesn't breathe well for sitting on in the summer heat here in the AZ, 110 deg desert so have to use a bath towel the back and seat so I don't get sweaty while sitting and get sticky and be uncomfortable, I presume it will be just fine in the winter's cold weather. Otherwise it is a very good coutch 👍👍.

I spent a lot of time in stores sitting on various sofas. I bought this one based on the price and features. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. It's not as wide front to back as most sofas, but I like that due to being on the shorter side. The heat and massage are awesome and the recline positions are great.

Perfect in every way! Easy to assemble, took us about 45 minutes. I read other reviews that said it wasn’t comfortable. I disagree! It’s very comfortable! Great back support, seat is very ‘springy’ and comfy. I find I don’t need a ‘lumbar pillow’ Ike I usually need; Love the drink holder. Love there’s no center console so I can snuggle with the hubs, reclines almost all the way back for napping, overall, perfection! We bought (but haven’t yet received) the matching single recliner also. Excited for some great sports and movie watching!
