No More Mold
I tried making sauerkraut many different ways but mold most always grew inside the jar. This kit solved the problem.it works wondrously. I would highly recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. I've used the lids to ferment chili peppers to make hot sauce. These have worked properly. They are easy to use; easy to clean; & fit mason jars perfectly. Worth the money.I highly recommend!

Got this brand for gifts for my brother and a friend. Both have had successful ferments, and neither has had a problem with these lids yet. I bought myself a different brand and had problems. Save yourself the heartache of a ruined batch and buy these.Both my brother and friend wish they had weights for each lid. Why they only give you two weights with 4 lids, I don't know.
