This was the first time I tried to give my cat inhaler and after studying the expensive arrow cat and other generics, decided to try this one. It does not disappoint! It’s easy to use, clean and the one downside is that there is no sound indicator for inhalations but I already knew that before buying. The blue flaps do move very very slightly as my cat is inhaling. I can see it at a specific angle. My cat is fairly large at 13 pounds but I think he just does not breathe hard enough to move the flaps effectively. I can see his breath condensate on the cone so do not need the sound or flap to confirm he’s breathing in the medication.

Purchased for my 15 yr old cat. It seems to work like it says.. but can not see the blue flap move when he inhales his medication..
