Needed to replace the cooling fan in our kegerator, perfect fit , works !

I had a handheld radio charging bank that used two of these fans for cooling purposes. The original fans bearings were failing leading to a rather unpleasant sound and I worried about complete failure and an overheat condition. I ordered these fans as a replacement matching the original part number and measurements.The fans arrived quickly and well packaged. My only complaints are that the power cables are a little shorter than the originals (which required some careful planning during installation) and they do put out a little noise when running. The noise level isn't terrible, but you can definitely tell they're moving air. These fans have been running nearly non-stop for several months without issue at the time of this review.

Same size and current draw as the fans I was replacing only the RPM was significantly higher on these. They still work fine for my application which is a small beverage cooler. The higher RPM unfortunately means they're much louder than the originals. Also, the plug is the same but wire backwards from my originals. I just had to pop the pins out and swap them in the connector.

I am giving this 5 stars because I can't really use it but not the product fault.The big issue here is if you have a Q-see system. The fan in the case is a 60x15mm fan. So far so good. Now the issues start. Once I cut the glue holding the fan in place (which is why not pulled before ordering) it turns out the fan is 5v not 12v. It also uses a bigger connector than included with most 5v fans.This fan is very hard to come by. Glad mine still works a bit for now. I had to order elsewhere to get one to fit. I was lucky as this product took me an hour to track down because most are used.You do have 2 options here on Amazon. First you can just pick a 5v 60x15mm fan but you will need to splice the old connector to new fan. Second Amazon does sell an ADDA fan that probably has the correct plug as it is same power and 2 wires, however the fanmos 25mm thick instead of 15mm thick. That fan has more air flow but will not fit mounting space. You can make it work if your NVR has clearance by removing the mount plate provided in the NVR then drill out the holes where the fan meets the case.Neither solution is the easiest way but would work.My NVR is QC8816, yours may use the same or different fan it it is not the same model or if a DVR instead. Butmif NVR similer model probably same fan. Original is ADDA AD0605LX-D90.Good Luck

Cooling is OK. Fan is a little noisy compared to others.

Could use a longer connection wire. Had to splice with the old wire to make longer.
