Nature's Way - Pau D'Arco Inner Bark, 545 mg, 180 capsules

I've always had good skin but 4 years ago my face started really breaking out. I tried everything. Got rid if my old make up, stopped using harsh chemicals and creams. I tried tea tree oil. Finally I went to a dermatologist and she put me on some really strong antibiotics. After researching those meds I tossed them out and headed to the health food store. They recommended Natures Way Pau DArco. After only one week my skin began to improve. I take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at night. I still have an occasional breakout but after reading some of the other reviews here I think I'll up my dosage. My face has cleared up and looks soo much better. I have a sensitive stomach and these capsules have not bothered me at all.

Amazing Stuff!! A few years ago in Texas I had a bio scan done. This scan was interesting to me because it knew I was overweight and knew I had problems with my lymph system. One of the things it suggested I take was Pau d'arco. I was very tight on funds and forgot about it, until just recently I found my report again. When I moved back to Utah someone suggested to take some Pau D'arco again to help detox. I bought some bark but it was time consuming to make. I pulled it out again and decided I would try to find some capsules that would be easier to take. In addition to the lymphedema in my legs I have severe arthritis in my joints along with bone spurs. It's not fun to even try to walk. The first day taking this stuff I could feel a difference in my legs. My legs were tired from all the getting up and doing things that I had not done in months and months. Not so much sore!! We have been wrapping my legs this week and this morning looking at my leg I cried. It has gone down so much and I feel this Pau D'arco is part of the reason why! For me they were inexpensive enough to try!!! I did give some capsules to a friend to try and she could not take them, she has acid reflux. I am glad I gave them a try! I started out taking a heavier dosage but now I am on 2 in the morning and 2 at night. Maybe this is that prayer I have been searching for! And just for the record I don't ever write reviews....but this one was worth it!

Hopefully it is working. I don't use it by itself. Based on the information about this product, it should be a part of the solution for me. It causes no harm and I do see a positive result of what I expected.

I just started this week to take it, so I can't comment on well they work. I did research on this product and it was recommended by my naturopathic doctor. The capsules are smaller, so they're easy to swallow.

This is a good supplement for cold

I take this every day, anywhere from 3 to 10 capsules. I feel sure it is of value to me, but I probably can't prove it. I find it great for digestive health. I will continue to use it. It is from warm climate areas of South America, and was used by the indians there. It has been used as a herb by others since the late 1800's. So it has a lot of history. If I remember correctly it was refered to as the "tree of life" by the indians. Lab tests show it kills bacteria and fungi. As far as I know this has not been confirmed by human tests. I have never had any adverse effects from it.

I have herpes/hsv-2 and I have a rare case of which I have it extremely bad. I’ve tried suppressive therapy and nothing worked. I would get at least one outbreak a month sometimes two. I just went through the most stressful 5 months of my life in which normally I would be getting massive outbreaks. I’ve been taking Pau d’Arco for the past 6 mos and have only had one outbreak and that’s because I ran out of Pau d’arco. This stuff is literally been a miracle for me. I take 2 every morning. I did an intensive therapy which the directions are on the bottle 4 capsules, 3X a day for a week. At the end of the week I felt amazing. I've always had GI issues. IBS and SIBO. Possibly some candida.
