Q: Real Talk... is this just a steam pan re-purposed as a stainless steel littler box for cats? Cause I can get one of those for half the price.

Can someone share where they found steam pans of the 23.5x15.5 size? I'm looking for a 3-4" height so I can use it for a litter box but still use the fitting side guards. Arthritis is extremely common in cats...and my cat is one of those. It should be easier to find appropriately large, and appropriately low enough entries for the lovely creatures:-(

Q: I love that i found a stainless steel litter box, however is this box big enough for a 17 pound ragdoll and a 10 pound himalayan? thank you !

Just a response to those that say at least 1 litter box per cat. We had a cat rescue for nearly 20 years, at one point with as many as 12 (ferals included) residing indoors. There were never more than 5 boxes (cleaned daily) available for them. In order to see if more were needed, I'd use a UV (black light) flashlight to look for spray spots. Oddly enough, after almost 20 years, I found that none of the kids went around spraying! To sum it up, in my experience, have two boxes for two cats. If you begin to have more than that I would suggest no more than 50% box to cat ratio, with the emphasis on keeping the boxes policed.
