Ortho joy is selling rejection footwear in amazon.
This so called ortho joy company has no quality standards, they are intentionally selling their foot wear by painting the defective area with a black paint, and one side slipper makes loud air noise while walking and the other side is good. So don't consider this seller and this website, even to gift your house maid because they will get ashame due to this foot wear quality standard. Go for other reputable brands. This happens only in amazon india, and amazon india seem got totally numb with people like us and with our complaints. It seem we even don't have rights to claim a basic purchase rights in amazon.Please save your time and selfrespect. I guess in future amazon inda will never hesitate even if the seller sells few years old used foot wears to their customers.And i knew amazon wont give any clarification to this review, because they knew this is normal in indian business, and doing partnership with unrelaiable and unworthy sellers are necessary for them because profits is their primary goal.This is the reason i have choose other online store and i consider amazon as least from last year, check my purchase history, but still i am purchasing 40% more but not in amazon india, i wish people can know which stores are better than amazon, but due to a normal moral values, i don't wish to embarrass amazon by mentioning the other better online stores, even if amazon never hesitates to embarass their customers.But due to the quality of the produst and customer service other online store deserves a better growth in comparision. and before next 10 years they may overtake amazon, when peope experience what i am experienced.My kind request to amazon is, please make some policy changes and don't sent defective product to the seller, instead donate it to organisations which are in need, in india. Orelse the product i am returning will be sold again to someone who can compromises on whatever you throw on them.
