Plum Play Wooden Kids Kitchen – Bakehouse Roleplay Toy with Lights, Sounds, Accessories & Fridge – Pretend Indoor Play Set for Ages 3+

We bought this for my daughter (2.5year old) for Christmas. The kitchen is a striking colour and is well made. My daughter uses it every day. It's now May and she's just turned 3 and it still looks brand new. Everyone who visits say what a lovely kitchen it is and that they haven't seen a childs play kitchen that looks as good as this one! My partner built it in a couple of hours and it was easy to assemble. We got her this kitchen as she will get lots of use out of it and will still be able to play with it as she gets older. Therefore it's good value for money.

What a nightmare to put together!Large number of parts and fixtures - similar to an Ikea flat pack, which I would pay someone to assemble. Having opened it and started to put together it took her grandad 8hours and it still wasn’t completed when I left my son’s house. Would not have bought it for my granddaughter’s birthday if the seller had not sold it as an ‘EASY ASSEMBLE!’

As a childminder I have been searching for the perfect wooden play kitchen for my mindees for years, I’ve had various ones over time but not one of those matches up to this. The attention to detail, from the flashing light in the microwave, the ice dispenser, cooker good light and the marble effect backing just makes it look and feel like a “real” kitchen. Oh and of course the colour is beautiful, exactly as it looks in the photos.Assembly took a long time, about 4 hours by myself, but was actually very easy once I got my brain working.I have had it nearly a month now and children from 12 months to 11 years have all delighted in playing with it. It’s sturdily built and has already taken some banging from hammers, along with ride on toys crashing into it, but, as yet, no sign of a scratch appearing.I actually think it’s very reasonably priced for the quality, Plum products are always reliable and their customer service is second to none. There was a part missing from the box and a slight chip in one piece and they sent out replacement parts free of charge without quibbling.A beautiful, robust product that I totally recommend for anyone looking for a play kitchen…and if you have just stumbled across this review and weren’t looking for a play kitchen why not find someone who needs one as this is PERFECT!

Very Sturdy. Looks fab. Various functions.love thebice function on the fridge. Took a few hours to put together. Not as tall as i thought it would be , even tho i knew the measurements!

This kitchen could be so amazing, but unfortunately some bits were broken which we discovered after well into assembly, and there is no way to get replacement parts. You have to return the whole thing which is impossible at this stage. The size is great for our 3 and 1 year olds - it’s tall enough so the 3yo doesn’t tower over it, and they can both play with it together at the same time. It’s just a shame that the quality isn’t what it should be. In addition to the broken pieces, it arrived with some nicks in the paint and a few chips on corners.

Great kitchen but unfortunately one of the supporting parts for the top shelf came broken straight from the box. A few other minor scrapes on a few other parts too sadly

Really cute kitchen but an absolute nightmare to put together it took hours and then my 2 year old snapped the tap off within 5 minutes. Glued it back on but he did it again in no time at all. it’s designed that the screw is coming up in to the tap whereas if it was screwed down it would be much sturdier. Also the sink is just a wooden box basically which lets it down in my opinion

Took a little while to put together but got there in the end the instructions were straightforward to follow, had a few little issues that I messaged the seller about and they were extremely helpful and sent a replacement kitchen without any fuss, highly recommend this seller they definitely care about their customers and business reputation as it was so straight forward to speak to them via Amazon messenger and they responded very quickly and fixed the issue even quicker. My son loves his kitchen and plays with it every single day since his had it, it was definitely the highlight of his birthday for him. The kitchen is a great size and will hold up for a long while. Would highly recommend buying this kitchen and buying from this seller too.
