GoPro Camera the Handler Floating Hand Grip (All GoPro Cameras) - Official GoPro Mount

Took this on a trip to Hawaii and it performed as expected. I liked the fact that it uses a standard clip-mount base so that you do not have to mess with screwing the e-clamp. The wrist strap is strong and flexible like a bungee cord and has an adjustable tightening button. The cord that attaches the wrist strap to the hand grip is also top-notch and very strong. The handle had no trouble floating in the water with a Hero 4 mounted to it. Great product. It is a bit pricey compared to other products, but most of the other products have problems with the wrist strap breaking and thus losing your camera.

Works great! I took this to Costa Rica and used it every where from ATV rides through the mountains to jumping off the cliffs at the waterfalls. It floats well and is very visible for when you're throwing the camera back and forth between friends in the water to take videos and pictures. The cord that goes around your wrist is surprisingly not that irritating, I had it all for most of the parts of the day and didn't really notice it was there. The grip is very nice for both wet and dry use and dries pretty quick.

After trying many different knock-off products and items made by "other" manufacturers, I finally caught this GoPro branded one on sale. I have now used it with a GoPro 7, 8, and MAX. It has worked as expected for all of those items. It has been submerged and so far a few weeks later, the foam isn't coming off in chunks like that other cheapo models tend to do.

This is the only floaty grip I've tried with my hero 6 but it works like a charm! I decided to buy the GoPro official grip after reading reviews of other grips not holding the Hero5/6 afloat. I can say without a doubt this thing will keep your GoPro safe from sinking. I tossed it in my pool and left it in there all afternoon and it was still bobbing. The orange tip is a great touch as it helps to easily spot your device! You bought a $300-$400 camera. Don't make a stupid mistake and lose it to the bottom of the lake because you didn't want to spend a few extra bucks!

It does float as advertised and is quite ergonomic. I originally bought this as a peace of mind accessory for when I take my gopro scuba diving in case I drop it. This is why it gets 4 stars and not 5, once you start getting to depth it loses most of its buoyancy and no longer floats.Even with that being the case I still dive with this handle attached because it is comfortable and still floats when I drop my camera in the water before a dive or after I have surfaced.

We had a knock off stick and I fell in the bay while paddle boarding and the leash broke off! I recovered the camera but then I decided to buy the GoPro one. The nice thing is this one attaches with a mount. That was nice when we went somewhere and they offered helmets with mounts. We were able to pull it off the handle and move it the helmet. My knock off attached straight to the go pro case so we wouldn’t be able to move it since we didn’t have a clip.

Does a good job holding my GOPRO. The size of the grip fits well in my hand. The cushion on handle makes it comfortable to hold during long periods of time. I like that it floats, so that it never hits the bottom of whatever body of water you happen to be in. I also like orange tip that makes it easy to fing in the water. The lanyard on the handle is a big plus also. Especially when going down waterslides!

It floats which is great if you’re out in deeper waters. I used this for snorkeling and SUP and was perfect!I read a lot of reviews on some that ended up not actually floating and I needed this to be trustworthy! The part does come apart which I wish it didn’t so I would know it would stay together 100%%%%
