Yes,it supports both timing and auto-cycling functions. You can set it to turn lights on/off at your times, or use 24-hour repeat cycle without reset daily . 24H cycle needs to be activated by long-pressing the timer key after setting timer function

This plug in dimmer supports LED bulbs up to 200W, incandescent bulbs up to 560W, and CFL bulbs up to 200W. It works with dimmable LED light bulbs. Please avoid using with non-dimmable or smart Wi-Fi bulbs, as they may not respond properly to dimming
