My first impression when I saw them, was how premium the quality was and how strong and flexible they felt.I liked that they are soft and gel like and that they are easy to fit in shoes and they stay put in the shoe with no movement because of the strong self adhesive backing. They feel soft and cushioning under the ball of my foot and very comfortable and discrete.Very easy to use, the instructions are self explanatory and if there were no instructions I would have still known what to do with them as they are very simple. What is also great about them is that you can wash them with warm water and once dry you can re stick them again.

I'm getting to the age where I can't be on my feet all night in heels without them making my feet hurt. For a family party these made do much difference I popped them in mu shoes and they were comfy all night.

I needed insoles to stop my feet slipping in open sandals. Works brilliantly.

These stick in your shoes really well and last a long time but by feet still hurt after a long night. They did help though so not as sore as usual.

They stuck well, were easy to attach and move to get placed correctly and worked.

Have a couple of pairs of boots that are gorgeous to look at but are uncomfortable after 3 hours. They are leather soled and at times feels as if I am walking on the road. Needed a wee cushion to make the footwear more comfy and these gel pads certainly do that. Very well priced and delivery was by the next day. No hesitation in recommending this item.

Just did not fit my toes in distance apart, depth which varies with me and length. Tried every which way, but if the middle went to the right place, the sides did not, which is where I needed the separation.I bought a different product, ie. separate separators of differing sizes and they have flanges top and bottom which keeps them in place, are more robust and very comfortable.The links between the toes on this product are very weak and twist up as you put them on, even when stretched out. They are very stretchy.Sorry, but I cannot recommend this product at all.
