Amazing quality for the price
Considering the reputation of Nakamichi and the fact these were less than $8 I was dubious about getting authentic parts. After using them the quality seems top-notch in every way with none of the aberrations typical of cheap imitations (poor quality uneven branding/silk screening, burrs, poor machining causing gritty, uneven screw connections and driver slots that aren't deep enough, uneven depth/width, misfitting parts, inconsistent sizing, etc). These look great, work great, fit great; it's a simple part and I think the price is reasonable but some brands are over 2x the cost and I can't see them being 2x the quality and some generic parts are the same cost and I can't see them matching this quality, I only found one about $1 cheaper from some no-name Chinese manufacturer and if these aren't genuine Japanese parts they're outsourced to a higher quality standard that is up to Nakamichi's audiophile quality reputation.

Very Good Quality.
Very good quality. Two strong set screws to hold the speaker wire and a solid robust housing. I’ve tried several different brands and so far, these are the best I’ve found. The specifications note that the external housing is insulated however I also used a heat shrink sleeve over the completed assembly just to make sure no risk of shorts.A nice touch is that extra set screws are provided in case of loss.Would definitely buy these again.

Best affordable banana plugs
I got these after watching an independent reviewer on YouTube compare and test 10 different banana plugs and these had the lowest resistance out of them all, minus a pair that were hundreds of dollars, these are basically as good but actually affordable.Only thing I’ll say is don’t make the mistake of over over tightening the screws or they will break like 2 of mine did.I still got them real tight but you just can’t force more after it gets tight. These say they have a copper core as well which is much better than steel like most others use.And they look nice 👍

Solid plugs for the price
Bought these to match the other set I purchased. They mount well and have a good solid connection on terminals. I don't see this connection loosening over time.May require modification to fit larger guage cables. As over tightening can and will break the screws. As it did with mine. I was able to grind down the mounting screws enough to be able to tighten down my wires and fit the sleeve over top. This WILL need to be done for thicker gauge cables to be able to mount correctly. Otherwise you will just have to forfeit the cover.Just a reminder, If you plan to grind down the screws. Wear PPE Personal Protective Equipment. Such as Goggles and a Mask. These would be excellent if only they provided two sets of mounting screws. One short for larger gauge cables and one long set for small guage wire.I still recommend.

Very good quality
Great quality banana plugs. Holds wire firmly with two screws, not just one. They work very well for me.

Easy to use. Great connection.
I bought these because my Yamaha R-N800A, like other Yamaha amps I've used, has one glaring flaw: really crappy speaker wire terminals. They are flimsy-feeling, not very well textured plastic, and they are way too close together. As a result, it's tough to get bare wire really set firmly into them; to the point that after a few weeks the right channel was cutting out because the terminal had come lose and was allowing play in the wire connection.I ended up choosing these banana plugs because of the cool look and a fondness for the Nakamichi name from my youth. They were very easy to set-up and firmly clamp down on the wire with dual set-screws. The plugs seat very firmly into to speaker terminals. (In fact, at first I thought maybe I had somehow bought some strange, unknown size that wouldn't fit. Nope. Tjhey're just that snug.) And, IMO, they did end up looking cool installed. As for performance, these kind of things are... for me... oh so hard to tell. But I do think I noticed a widened sound stage with these in place. Perhaps not. And perhaps that wouldn't be the case with amps that have better speaker terminals than Yamaha's. But I do believe it to be true.I would buy these again without thinking twice.

Stable and strong plugs, very well built
These are well made plugs, front connection springs provide maximum contact area and these are super easy to install.I used these with 12 AWG cables without any issues.Highly Recommended
