Finally, Targeted Relief for Carpal Tunnel
I work from home as an online chat representative, so I type A LOT. With frequent keyboard use, I’ve developed achey wrists and strain from carpal tunnel. Previously I would massage my wrists and utilize a flat heating pad to target the areas that hurt the worst. I stumbled upon this wrist wrap and it’s so much more convenient to use.The quality of this wrap is great, especially considering the included inner terry cloth wrap to protect your hand/wrist from heat exposure. You can select from 3 temperature options, with the hottest being quite warm (thank goodness for the protective inner wrap). The built-in timer is convenient too, as I try to use it for the same amount of time each day. Heat distribution is great for such a dynamic product, and is much more efficient and stable than the larger heating pad I was using previously. As far as sizing goes, I am more petite so the S/M was perfect for me and true-to-size based on the recommended measurements.Overall I’m very happy with this heated wrist wrap and have found that it provides a fair amount of relief when my wrists are sore after a long day of typing. Well worth the price, wish I would have bought one sooner!

Works okay, could be better.
Pros: Warms up fast. Still works after 3 months use regularly.Cons: Hot spots. Targets Radius a lot more than Ulnar. Could be hotter in non hot spot areas.Things it could do better: I would give it a five star review if it got a little hotter, had no hot spots with even heat and applied even heat to Radius and Ulnar.Longer review:Works okay enough. Warms up fast enough. Clam shell design to fit different sizes. Due to clam shell design, most of the heat is directed to the Radial wrist side, as the Ulnar side is the clam shell opening. Would like it to have more even heat distribution as it definitely has hot spots. Hot spot seems to be Radial wrist where the strap is, and it can lightly burn your skin if there if not careful (not a bad burn, more akin to a sun burn). And it's not a burn like when you touch a hot pan out the oven with bare skin burn. Its more like, hmm this is a little to hot here and might hurt my skin if i leave it on much longer kind of burn. I suspect its just from the tightening strap tensioning from this spot and pulling the heating elements very close to the skin here. Because, if you have the strap lose it doesn't get as hot there. BUT, by doing the strap lose, it doesn't get as hot as I would like.I have a TFCC injury and was hoping this would be a good heating pad for that, but its design doesn't apply that much heat to the Ulnar side as the Radial side. You can however wear it backwards, and use it that way to apply more heat to the ulnar side. But you wouldn't be able to use your fingers as well if you do while wearing the pad. Such as typing on a keyboard.Even thought it is capable of burning skin in hot spots, I would prefer it was able to get hotter (provided they got rid of the hot spot design of course). As i find the non hot spot areas could use more heat.

Works great!
I just got this today and have only tried it once but it heats up quickly and works great. I have extreme pain in my thumb base and this works exactly where I need it to. I'm not sure about the quality since I just got it but so far, so good!

Great buy
This is a wonderful buy but unfortunately, I had to send it back because I was looking more for something that covers the pinky. I had thoracic outlet syndrome surgery and it is a pretty rough surgery and they remove a lot of parts and they have to move a lot of vessels during the surgery and I have trouble with circulation to my pinky and my fourth finger. This did not work for me, but I do still think this is a great buy if it is what you are looking for because it was super durable very comfortable. Cord length was great. Normally you get these little bitty short chords, but the cord was very long to where I could sit on the couch comfortably. and I love that it had a timer. I wish they would make something like this that covers the other side of the hand and up on the fingers on the pinky side, but still even though I sent it back this was a very goodbye. It was just unfortunate that it was not what I needed

Nice brace
I’m using this brace for the tendonitis and carpal tunnel syndrome in my hand, fingers and wrist from 30 years of being a Dental Hygienist. I had been applying heat using reusable hot/ cold packs but they only stay hot for about 3-4 minutes. After finding this and using it the 1st day , I’ve found my new best friend. The only thing I wish differently is that it had a dial to customize how much heat. Low is too low. Medium is ok. But high can get too hot. I’d like something between the medium and high but it’s not a deal breaker. My chiropractor suggested I start applying heat to my hand/ thumb. This works great. Very convenient. And I can use the same brace to sleep at night and just disconnect the heat. Nice comfortable fit

Chemical smell is unbearable
This particular product has a chemical smell. That’ll actually make you sick. It doesn’t go away. Amazon sent a used one with no plugs no instructions and it’s different from the one I ordered. It’s time for me to shop somewhere else. They’re constantly sending used products.

Hand wrap
I rated this hand wrap a 3 because it warms only the thumb, the thumb knuckle and part of the wrist. It does not warm the hand top an the Palm of the hand and I thought it would have a metal piece in the Palm of the hand to hold it in place like for carpal tunnel. It does not have the metal either. But it does warm, really great. So I just turn it around and put my pinky finger in the thumb area. So it heats that side of the hand. I do think it's worth the money.
