Exactly what I was looking for
My boise QC3 headband was falling apart, and I found this product. It installed fairly easily, took a little pulling to get it into the right position. But it looks and feels good, and best I can use my headphones again.

This replacement worked great on my Bose QuietComfort 3 headphones. It was easy to install, and it looks good. You cannot compare it with the original because this one uses a grip, and the look is not great from one side, but you won't notice the difference with time. I recommend buying it if you need to replace your headband pad.
