Perfect size for pushing pain out from the neck. A little tricky lying and rolling on this due to it being so small and close to the ground. Once grasped how to do this the product deeply works on the muscles. I use a yoga wheel daily to help ease my tight muscles although it struggled to release my neck pain. This item is perfect for releasing tight built up muscle tension.

A useful product that hits the spot - beware though as the dog might think it's a new chew toy!

Gets right up between the shoulders, also good for delts.

I find the roll very useful. Used it on my feet and back so far. Small and practical.
