As advertised
Strong hold. Easy to install. It cam with the necessary hand grip thing. Stayed in place with a crazy 35 pound dog.he pulled hard enough to come out of his harness and collar multiple times. I didn't have to redo it once and I never put it in all the way to the ground. I didn't install as required and it worked great. Gives the pet a 360 access without getting tangled. Its been out in the sun for 3 months and no sign of rust. Recommended buy.

Solid stakes
These stakes are worth the price. I bought more just incase I loose some. Once screwed into the ground it won’t budge, which is good in windy conditions. I tried to pull them out by hand, I wasn’t able to. Easy to screw in. And length is perfect. However do not screw all the way into the ground leave the top easy to locate, or else you could run risk of over screwing it into the ground and having it covered by dirt and loose it. It has a ring to tie down your tent with, its perfect product.

Work well, but *must* dig in deep or they will fail; need impact drill to embed them; hard to remove
I used these anchors in Baltimore, MD, USA where the soil is clayey and there are lots of rocks and they worked well. Here are some pointers:1) You have to embed them as deep as you can. They disturb the soil as you go down, so if they are not embedded deeply, they will pull right out. Get it so that the screw hole is flush with the ground if you can. Definitely don't leave it part way in because you got stuck.2) I was able to drive these using an impact drill. A regular drill didn't work, but an impact drill worked well until we hit rocks. (We used the dewalt xr impact driver and it really got hot and wore out the battery, but it worked). Alternatively, you could use a rachet or a breaker bar do drive them manually, but it would be more work.3) To avoid the rocks, get a really long drill bit and drill a pilot hole. If you hit rocks, move over and try again before you try to drive the anchor.4) If you do hit rocks with the anchor and get stuck, try backing up and/or moving the shaft around to see if you can get by and try again. You can also switch over to a rachet or breaker bar to see if you can get through the rock; then to back to impact drill when you break through.5) The real disadvantage of these is that they are very hard to pull out. You can reverse your drill or wrench, but it is hard to get pressure up on the shaft. You would not have the same issue with anchors with fixed eyes, since you can use the eye it self to pull up on the anchor, but with these, turning the eye counterclockwise just removes the eye from the shaft. We were able to use an adjustable wrench to under the top nut to apply pressure while drilling to get some of these out when they were stuck, but it wasn't easy. That is why the 4/5 stars.

Excellent Stakes
I used these to anchor a cheap metal swingset that I bought for my kids.. It came with some big tent stakes they were a joke.. These are awesome.. Very sturdy and dug in easily with an impact driver and a 14mm socket.

Great tie downs
These were easy to install. I used them to tie down my outdoor swing that was always tipping over in the wind. I don't have that problem anymore with these tie-downs.

Works well as intended
Used these stakes to hold down a fire ladder outside my house for a performance. They did a good job of keeping the ladder stable and didn't get pulled out.

Secure and strong
We bought these to hold down our shade screen attached to our trailer awning. They are very strong and sturdy. Easy to hook the bungee cords to. Installation is easier to use a cordless drill and bit verses the twist bar they send.
