Item is good, went off sizing chart, but found its quite an effort to get it over my foot (size 9 AU). Once on I'm happy with it, generally is a bit tight around the ankle, so I'd probably get a size larger when I break this one. I have skinny ankles.and legs only 70kg guy. I got the S/M. Only thing is its longer that my leg so next size up would fit calf but need to fold over to fit length, things to consider

Le daría 5 estrellas pero no porque deberían de decir que vienen reducidas, ya que apenas me entran, el material esta genial, me funcionaron ya que me había lesionado y tras la periostitis tibial uso esto y me ha funcionado no me ha vuelto el dolor al correr.

the fit is very tight... the upper edge cuts into my calf... i emailed Physix a couple of times with no response :-(

According to instructions, I ordered a sm/m sized sleeve a couple of weeks ago. To my disappointment they left welts on my ankle and under the knee. I let Adam know as soon as possible and he sent out a large size free of charge. The sleeve is perfect! You can't beat service like that! The compression sleeve helps to relieve the aches and pains from varicose veins.

These calf sleeves are perfect for either winter or summer. The material is lightish and not too thick so no overheating. They are longer than another pair I own and this is covers the whole calf. Durable material and easy on and off. There is not Left and Right but they work fine and stopped my legs cramps and kept the muscle warm throughout running. I would buy them again :) Probably a bit expensive but not too bad.
