Q: Does this come with instructions?

Yes it does however I had to return mine because it was missing parts. The package also appears to have been opened. If you purchase this make sure everything is included in the box.

Q: Will this work for golf cart alignment 40 inch width?

I am at home now and the tool is at work. If I remember correctly, it will do up to 60 inches. I plan to add an extension rod to make it be able to go up to 80 inches, for out large Tri-axle dump trucks. I thought the length was given in the Details of the tool.

Q: How to repair the toe on a car. My car was recalled because of bad toe

The toe is aligned using the steering rods from the rack and pinion. Do a search on Toe alignment. If you have a recall, than take vehicle to dealer to have the recall serviced. Its usually free if its an actual recall.

Q: What does 67 1/2 max track width mean? I have an 08 Sonata and the face to face measurement of the wheels are wider than that.

I haven't used this device yet but you could measure the distance between your front tires (at the front and rear of the tires) and if they are within that 67 1/2" I'd say with at least a total of 1" to spare you could most likely still use this unit. They advise to use a tire scribe to mark the tire accurately or another accurate method to draw a line around the tire. Sorry I couldn't be of more help .You may be able to contact the seller and they could give you more info.
