Perfect size! So cute!
This drink dispenser is the perfect size for small gatherings! Looks and feels like nice quality. The nozzle it's sturdy when using it. It does not feel cheap or flimsy when twisting. You have to put the nozzle on when it arrives, but that is super easy. Great price and worked well at my party. Will be using it along this holiday season and beyond!

no carrying handle
I'm still using the old one to make sun tea. The lid seal deteriorated a long time ago and I'm using a sandwich bag in its place. I like the lid on this new one and is the main reason I bought it. It carries a caution not to move it filled. I like the looks of it and look forward to using it. I will check to see if I can retrofit my existing handle on this new one, but will carry it into the sun regardless once filled

Quality 1 Gallon Dispenser Jar
This is a really nice quality GLASS jar with spigot. It was easy enough to put together after cleaning it thoroughly. Made our first sun tea today and it was fun to pour a glass using the quality stainless steel handle. Good value for the money - since it’s well made with solid, long lasting part. Seal was perfect - no leakage. Glass is thick and attractive. I put it in the fridge to keep the tea cold and it’s been great. Love it, would buy again and would recommend. 👍👍

Has problems in manufacture that can set the stage for faiure in use.
I see a lot of reviews by customers having leaks and cracks originating from the hole the factory drilled.Mine is OK now but ONLY because I saw a small chip from a rushed drilling and the start of a very small crack from that chip as received, and I knew that was only the beginning of a full-on crack IF left it unattended. I wanted to save the jar more than I wanted to return it. Before assembling the spigot I did something the factory should have done, and it's shoddy workmanship that they didn't. I went to my local hardware store an bought 150-grit, 220-grit, 320-grit, and finally 400-grit SILICON CARBIDE sandpaper. I started hand sanding that hole with the roughest grit (150) until the chip and small crack were completely gone. I finished the sanding with the higher numbered grits. I wasn't trying to shine up the hole to look like clear glass, I only needed it to look like uniformed glazed glass with no cracks or chips in sight to preclude problems. No chips can be left unattended, a crack, then total failure is the eventual outcome! That failure can be accelerated by sudden temperature changes in what you add to the jar.My goal in sanding wasn't a perfectly round hole, it was a hole where NO imperfections could be seen with the naked eye. In other words I wanted to end up with a usable jar more then I wanted a return with the false hope of receiving a better jar as a replacement (the reviews on these say that's an unrealistic expectancy). That's the way the factory should have finished the jar before packing.Adding the spigot, which is what most people do first doesn't eliminate the chip or crack problem, it will only accelerates it.IMHO the factory is drilling the hole too fast and likely with a worn out or inexpensive bit or overusing what started out as a good glass bit to save money? Haste makes waste, and the returned goods should be causing the factory to look into causation. When I say drill bit, don't picture traditional twist drills. Glass is drilled with hollow bits that cut only on the outer edge and with cutting grit harder than glass, and used at a slow speed. When I added the spigot I was careful not to over-tighten, hand tightening is sufficient, fill the jar with water and verify your hand tightening was enough.Bottom line, if you see ANY imperfection in the hole, you need to eliminate it yourself, the time you spend will save you disappointment and let you end up with a product you can use. If you are not going to fix that yourself like I did, you may as well return it on sight. The sanding I did by hand maybe took me 20 minutes. I have an electric drill and I could have bought small sanding drums that would have done the job faster, they're not cheap, and you need a jig to put the hollow grit tubes on and that's something else the factory could have done before shipping, and didn't. So I bought sheet sandpaper and used my finger to sand with.Bottom line, if it's a very very small chip or crack that you can sand out of existence leaving a smooth hole you end up with a dispenser that should be reliable, otherwise it's a matter of time or temperature.

High Quality Sun Tea Brew Station
The glass container is thick and resilient to injury. The plastic-lined metal lid has threads loose enough to hold many strings (tea bags) without becoming overly tight, so the lid can be screwed down during the brew cycle. The metal spigot is superb - firm action with good feedback and positive closure without requiring a detent. The mouth of the container is wide enough for easy cleaning, so why only four stars instead of five? Because in my particular situation, I prepare the sun tea brew station in the kitchen and then carry it to the bay window for engaging the brew cycle through solar convection. A handle would be appreciated, and then five stars all the way.
