The codes worked 1st time, simple to install.However - for some daft reason, the downloader puts the install files into the program files, well hidden for you to find and run install from there.I am an experienced IT person, so no bother for me; but this would flummox less experienced people.It does not auto install, you have to find the individual programs and run them, once that is done, it installs just fine.The program is different from my 2019 version, but there is a ‘workspace’ that shows you the traditional layout, the other layouts are frankly for beginners only.One caveat, it froze and locked when I used Photography mode, it took Task Manager to close the program.

As a long term user of Adobe products, I wanted this to replace Adobe Fireworks. Saldy, the User Interface is lacking in how easy it is to do simple tasks or obtain simple information from an image.Colour picker should be a single click and view the colour hex code, but it isn't, its a 3 step process, and its in RGB, not hex.This is not a web friendly graphic design app.

I admit I haven't used it very much so far so this is more a first impressions than a full review.I was excited to give the AI selector a try. It isn't any better than the magic wand in photoshop 6.If anything, its less accurate. To be fair it may be the quality of my pictures that is the problem.But unless you could have an accurate AI selection that could be reliably repeated and automated I don't see why it is better than just cutting your image from the background, yourself.

This product was not posted to me, as seems to happen to others. I received download instructions in an email, and on Amazon. The amazon instructions linked to the PaintshopPro website where I was able to download the software. The activation code was provided on Amazon and this worked. Now I just have to re-learn how to use this, as I have been using Gimp for a few years.

So I used this way back in the past and also photoshop. Just got a little fed up with photoshop price tag. So good price and the product has came on a lot over the years.It took weeks to get a working activation code. I nearly gave up. The one from Amazon didn’t work. Then I had to prove to Corel that I had bought it from a bonafide distributor. Explain what wasn’t working etc. Two weeks of misery and persistence getting this to work. You’ve been warned

cannot use this without having to make an account and signing in, unless you make an account you are unable to use. everyone feels they have the need to invade our privacy now and it is getting very old very quickly.

a bg mistake. The software does not accept the serial number provided. Therefore I cannot use the software.No apparent way to complain either! Bad news.

I found it too confusing at my age, so have not done anything with it. I wanted Print Shop, not Paint shop. I cannot afford the £90 I paid.
