Not worth the cost
This expensive product is not worth it. I've been using it for a week and only notice my skin feeling drier. There is no scent which is good. It feels like nothing going on. I cannot recommend it for the price they are asking.

Feels nice, not much change yet, may take a few weeks.
The instructions say to pour some of the essence into your hand and pat on to your face. I tried that but wasn't satisfied with how it distributed, so I switched to using one of the cotton pads I use with toner.The essence feels nice. Application is fairly smooth. It's not sticky, although there is a little tackiness for the first minute after which it is absorbed. There is no scent. It is not drying out my skin, but not moisturizing either. I'm not sure that it is doing anything as I use a toner before I apply it, and a serum with hyaluronic acid afterwards. I think it will take a couple more weeks before I notice a difference from the niacinamide.
