You don’t have tinitus
Like most laptop chargers it emits a high pitched noise that makes you think you have tinitus. However, if you haven’t noticed this before with chargers then you probably won’t notice it with this one either.

Does what it should
Works great, although can get quite hot when charging. Apparently it has overheating protection, so hopefully that will work if needed. Have recharged laptop many times already, no problems. Bargain

I forgot to take my laptop charger home on the Friday and was meant to be working from home on the Monday so I needed one that could be delivered on time to enable me to work from home. Worked perfectly for my laptop (20v 4.5W).Other Dell chargers (same voltage and wattage/always check!) cause my laptop to complain about it being not a genuine charger but this one perfect.
