One of my fav at home matchas. It was hard to find as they sell fast at my local Asian store and was apprehensive of buying this type of stuff off amazon. However, with the purchase. Its pretty creamy on its own, maybe it has a powered diary in it or oil. I'd recommend if you don't care about organic matchas.
