Overall good product
I just ordered this product and I love it. It’s on the expensive side but it’s a quality pre workout. It gave me a really good boost of energy for my workout. It contains a lot of caffeine, so do not go over the recommended dose. One scoop had my heart rate up relatively high. Overall it’s one of the best pre workouts I’ve ever taken. Would purchase again.

Kaged quality pre-workout
I have been using Kaged pre-workout since it was first released and am happy the the product. There have been some tweaks and changes in the formula over the years resulting in a better product. This shows me that the company is listening to customer feedback and taking quality seriously. Personally, I use less than the recommended amount because a full serving leaves me feeling a bit jittery. However, a half scoop works great. Remember to have the recommended amount of water with the pre-workout!

Terrible flavor
Those people who created this have never tweeted a cherry in their life. This taste terrible and the scoop is 3x the size of other pre-workouts I got a stomach ache each time I used it and didn’t feel like it did anything but keep me awake at night…. I do not recommend

Disgusting
I purchased the cherry bomb flavor because I have always loved cherry flavor. This product tastes horrible and provided no energy boost. I mixed 1 scoop with 10oz water in a blend bottle. The taste was overwhelming and disgusting. I added more water which slightly helped, but not enough to make the item worth purchasing.

Works alright
The cherry flavor is 90's concentrated kool-aid. Very....pungent.

Extremely Sweet
This works great for energy and recovery. I have a 3 month supply of it and it definitely makes a difference. However, its way too sweet and is loaded with an ungodly amount of sweeteners. Swapping to a truly sugar free version once my supply of this stuff runs out.
