I love these. I bought one to start and then slowly added one more a month (as my budget allowed) and now I have four! I plan to buy a couple more.I am short at 5 feet. Maybe 5 feet 1 inch. At 300lbs+. It’s hard to find tummy slimmers that aren’t too high for me. Most seem to bunch bunch at the bra line and are too tight (I have scoliosis right at that place). Or they are too small at the leg opening. I tried buying those “high waisted” underwear but I have too much fat around my middle and it put pressure in the wrong areas and hurt my second hernia, and they roll down or go up my butt. I had to have surgery 1.5 years ago for a right low abdominal hernia and they had to open to me up to fix it. I’ve healed great from that but I should have been using support underwear since then. I developed another hernia on the left side. This is the ONLY UNDERWEAR that gives the appropriate amount of support in all areas, doesn’t go too high, stays up, and fits in the legs. I need to wear one every day and I’m buying more.EDIT: it’s now been a couple of years since finding these and they’ve been a godsend. The leg opening is wide enough that it doesn’t cut into your leg or groin area, but it’s not too loose. It doesn’t go up my butt. It doesn’t roll, it stays flat and firm right under my bra mine. Gives me the right amount of support that I can still breathe.

The first garment I ordered was too loose to do much. According the measurements & my weight I thought it would be too small. Instead it wasn't tight enough to offer much shaping, so I gave it to my daughter who is taller & heavier than I.My second one was also too large, even thought I went down a size. I am getting help from the company to get the correct size, since measurements & weight aren't working for me.I really love the construction & high quality of this garment, it is worth working on getting the fit correct.

I bought this in two different sizes. They appeared to be well made but after a month (I only wore one of them twice and one only once). After I washed them and hung them to dry I noticed holes in both of them. One was big on me but was comfy, the other fit a little snugger but nothing tight like what I was wanting. I was ready to order a smaller size until I discovered the holes. So there's not much support and they tear easily. Buyer beware of this!

I weigh 370lbs and typically wear a 4x to 5x in tops/bottoms, and pantries, depending on the brand and cut. I bought one each of the 5x and 6x because I wasn’t sure which would work better for my apron belly. Surprisingly the 5x fit very well, wasn’t too loose, wasn’t too tight either. The 6x fit but wasn’t any real support. I think a 4x would have been too small. 5x was perfectly sized for me.These don’t really do a whole lot except to smooth out the rolls and keep you from looking “frumpy”.My dresses fit and looked better while wearing these.

sizing is not accurate, and the waist is small compared to legs, I bought 2 sizes and it was same as burning my money because they would not return. I wish there were a 0 star option

I recently had back surgery and needed more support for my healing back. Amazing! I didn’t think that adding this under garment would be an asset. I was looking for something to tuck everything in.lol I have a bit of fat in the tummy area. This was aggravating my back. Because this product holds my belly up and stationary ( no jiggling around ) there is little to no stress on my healing back. I also have issues with my immune system. You name it I have it...almost; fibromyalgia, Sjogren’s, lupus...My stomach is easily irritated. This helps with my acid reflux and irritable bowel symptoms. My body simple works better when I have this garment on. It seems to straighten my insides out so to speak. I have a back brace that is painful, awkward and noticeable. I’ve tried many garments and they didn’t work as well as this one did. This one is a winner! I’m looking forward to another sale on these. Until then I’m ordering what I can and adding them to my wardrobe. They are so comfortable that I even wear them to sleep in with no problems. I purchased a size above my normal because of the past garments irritating my tummy ( a common issue for people with immune issues ). I found I could actually order my size as suggested. Like I said,”It’s a winner in my book”

UPDATE: my beige brief was received and it’s perfect too! To those who say it’s not true to size, I’m confused. It’s based on weight not your normal size making the fit spot on. This is important to know to this when ordering! Don’t hesitate to buy.Ever since Catherine’s plus sized clothing closed all brick and mortar stores, I’ve not purchased many clothes. It’s time. I ordered 5 panty type briefs from them online but didn’t have much luck. The brand I purchased from them in years past isn’t available anymore, so I tried several styles a couple of times. Horrible. I couldn’t get my normal size over my knees! I sent them all back, with the ridiculous cost of shipping and handling! Anyway, I tried this brief because my son is getting married and needed something to hold me up and smooth me out in the Mother of the Groom dress. THIS DID THE TRICK! I absolutely love this garment. I purchased in black but am going to buy another in beige after I send this review! I’m so grateful to the manufacturer for a quality product and for Amazon’s free shipping.

Leg opening is to big, but every other thing is fine.. love them, 5’1 290 I wear a 5x
