Color was as expected. Very gentle on my hair. Definitely my favorite

First the box yes it has way more than any other kit I have come across. I did also buy a brush n dying bowl kit only 5$.Second the bottle of dye is absolutely the biggest I’ve seen. I Always need two boxes when dying my hair…ALWAYS! I did purchase 2 for this reason.-I used to color my hair for years from a home box but Raising a family, the time n cost of a salon can be a strain. Hard to take time n $ for self pampering-As the kids n such slowed down I began to “salon color” It can be expensive but a little pampering goes a long way.Lately it’s become a huge expense and hit or miss results. My last salon trip was 250$ before tip and the color washed out very quickly.We are in a dif state now and the salons want up to 45$ JUST for a consultation b4 they even touch your hair, then set a “hair apt” WHAT! It’s not an interview just do my hair.Even tho there were rave reviews I had huge doubts.Directions are very easy to follow.My hair was not 1 but 3 different colors. Gray, then the awful red that mostly came out followed by blonde I did last year.The only thing I did different was left it on a bit longer than recommended. Because I had 3 colors I was worried I may need more time.Very easy to apply no drippings, I took it slow to make sure everything was covered. Not only was it enough for all my hair but even had a bit left over.I Love it! And I even have one left over for my next application. Bonus!So to close this out, sorry for the lengthy review, I would highly recommend this product.I don’t know about the statement of “my hair is healthier before dying”, mine seems to be the same…but this is an affordable worry free way to do your hair and have AMAZING results!So, the reviews are true to their word, I look forward to continued use in the future.I hope this helps. Oh, the color I used was Dark Blond Copper. On a side note I would love to have a big bottle of their conditioner.

Total disappointment. I am asking for a refund. This product did absolutely nothing to color my gray or the rest of my hair. I followed the instructions step by step, and the result was very disappointing. The hair color was nondescript, not at all like in the picture. Gray hair was still gray, and after I finished with the "most important step", my hair was dry like straw and definitely NO shine. I could not even comb through my hair with a large-tooth comb. I had to wash and condition my hair again with my products to make it manageable. Lots of my hair fell out. (I am trying to share a pic but I cannot get it to work).

The instructions were not in English, so I couldn’t tell how long to put it on my hair therefore it turned out almost orange. Pretty disappointing; quality not what I expected

I bought Medium Brown N.Went on just fine, and easy enough to apply. Formula was thinner than I like as I do want it strictly on the roots.I have been using Madison Reed since 2016, and I decided to change it up with this e salon.Greys are difficult to begin with, but this absolutely doesn’t cover greys, and barely resembles brown on roots. As a matter of fact, I did my hair on Sunday and I needed root spray due to the very, very light golden brown, darkish blonde color it produced after leaving it on for a full 50 minutes.Madison Reed’s medium brown NNN at least covers the roots the way it should, and turns brown. This e salon also faded even lighter after washing it. A lot lighter. Five days after using e salon, I am on Amazon buying my usual. It is a no-go for me.Greys are hard as I stated above, but at least I get a couple of weeks out of the other brand.
