I’ve tried several probiotic supplements, but this one by Nature Target is hands down the best I’ve used. My stomach has always been sensitive and this has help tremendously! I take them daily, and if I forget to order more and don’t have them for a few days I notice my stomach goes back to its usual upset self. Super helpful and worth the price.

At first I wasn't sure these were really doing much, but I still took 1 a day (not 2 as the package says) until the bottle ran out. Within a week of not taking them, I noticed my skin started breaking out again, I had more brain fog, a little more bathroom irregularity, etc. I ordered some more a couple weeks later and sure enough, within only a few days of taking them again, my skin started clearing up, I felt more mentally sharp, more regular, etc.These are an amazing value, and I especially like that there are multiple strains of probiotics and that you don't HAVE to take 2 a day to still get benefits. If you're on the fence, I'd say try them. They're a lot cheaper than some of the other probiotics out there and will provide more balanced gut health due to the variety of beneficial bacteria.

Who here loves our tummies?! Not me, and I am not talking about dad bod. We are talking stomach issues. IBS/IBD, stuckage problems and general gut health.This product has a lot of claims behind it. Pro and pre biotics. All those wonderful things that help with gut flora. Help our stomachs repair. Help eliminate urgent runs. So on and so forth l, just like every other pre and pro biotic. The only difference is how many strands of this and that.Now unless you are getting some lab tests before and after you cannot definitively say if this works or not. So I have to go with my gut feeling.No seriously, how my gut feels when using this :) Does it help? Eh, I guess you could compare it to having yogurt for your biotics. Also yogurt taste better. Fills you up a little more too for some odd reason.OK so really I do not think it is the best option. All these items are not created equally. I have found what I think that works best and I will say it is not this.I will also say we must remember our bodies are not the same. This could be your ticket. Still, I wouldn't put money on it.

I bought these because my Gastro doctor said I needed some "help" and suggested a probiotic. I found this and sent her the info and she said this was a great choice due to the variety of ingredients. Because I have some medical conditions I wanted to make sure it was safe to take and she said yes and it really did help regulate things, and it helped with gas and bloating as well. I was on a medication that caused me to put on 60+ lbs and created a issue with my stomach and now I'm off of it, and started taking these I noticed I dropped weight too. I went from 201 to 180 in the 45 days I took these. A lot of the weight was water retention and bloating.I was just sad when I could not get these on my auto ship because they were sold out, but I was able to go to their direct site to buy the, and they came today in an amazon package chick I found was odd. I'm also trying the probiotic for women to see if that helps me out too.I think if you have issues with joints, swelling, bloating, gas, ibs (any form of it), issues going to the bathroom regularly, then these may help you out. I have fibromyalgia and Lupus and IBS-C and these really helped me a lot.
