The app is easy to use and asks all the right questions. My only concern is I have an active dog and live in the country and I’m afraid the QR code is going to rub or fade off the rub/silicone tag. Great price on the product and definitely easier than using an engraving kiosk.

Light weight, small size appropriate for small dogs. Easy to set up online, we are pleased.

Loved that I could upload a photo of my dog, add a bit of information about her, and how to contact me if lost. My friend and I tested the QR code: she was able to access all the info. When my friend scanned the QR code, there was an email that was sent to me, but it landed in my junk mail with a nondescript return address. I was looking for the email, and still had a hard time finding it. The email did include the correct address of where my dog was at the time of the scan. Two concerns: who knows how long this company will be in business, how long my dog's webpage will stay accessible. And there was no option to engrave my dog's name or contact info on the tag in case the QR code becomes damaged or inaccessible at some point.

Tag came exactly as pictured! Super easy to set up and I love how quiet it is! Wish I could customize the tag itself more but for the price it’s PERFECT also shipped insanely fast

Came the very next day and I feel much better now that my dog has some identification! Product looks durable and works great!

Love the thought, but the location after scanned is an estimate to about 1,000ft difference from actual location
