And if your experience is like mine, you'll be glad that you did! Firstly, my order arrived when promised. I really appreciated that 'cause I was sleepin' on padding on the floor. I laid the bed out on the floor and plugged the internal pump into a socket and the bed was up in less than 5 minutes. This bed is thoughtfully engineered. Flip the dial up to inflate, down to deflate. But what I really appreciate is the mattress "groove". I've been on inflatable bed for 5 yrs and this is my 3rd. The most annoying thing about air mattresses is keeping sheets on through the night. My deep pocket sheets cover almost the entire sides of the mattress and I tuck the top sheet and blankets well at the corners. With this unit I tuck all the way across the bottom. The sheets ride up the sides. Always happens. But with the EVAJOY the "groove" catches the sheets and the whole shebang is still on the bed when I wake up - no tangled and/or cold feet! I sure hope that when I'm ready for another that this product is still available! OH!! And it seems to stay comfortable longer than the last 2 very nice inflatable mattresses that I've had...still pretty firm when I awake with only a few seconds of air added before slumber. I bought this bed in case we needed extra sleeping. I was not disappointed. It sleeps like a regular mattress the height is amazing. So easy to inflate, deflate and store. We took it out during the holidays and lounge on for movie night. One thing I recommend is to lay something underneath so it doesn’t move around if wood floors etc. the bed developed a leak and the customer service was top notch. By the end, I had a brand new bed at my door. Just amazing when companies stand by their product. I haven’t used my new bed as yet and can’t wait for holiday movie night!

Inflated quickly but took forever to deflate. Feels comfortable and nothing sticks out over any other air mattress, although the built in pump is handy. It didn’t come with the carrying bag as advertised either, so I had to purchase a second item for storage purposes.UPDATE: the company reached out to me due to lack of carrying bag and rectified the situation. customer service is great, so i did update my review to 4 stars. i would recommend this air mattress.

I bought that air matress last year, and I can tell that is a very good one, I had a problem not too long ago, something happen and a bump appeared on it, I contacted the seller, who asked to send him the bill from Amazon and a picture of the matress to check the problem, so they didn’t hesitate and sent me a new oneIt’s really unusual to have a such good reaction, and a real professionalismI really recommend this produce, and the price is pretty reasonable

I bought this item on July 12, I did not take it out of the box until yesterday because I was anticipation company, as soon as the bed was inflated I was pleased with the quality however the bed IMMEDIATELY started to deflate smh... I inflated it again to look for a hole and realized that the seam where the pump is and the bed had a hole...The product came defective smh The window for which I can return the bed close 2 DAYS AGO, I AM PISSED!!

Great quality and comfortable.

I bought this in a pinch as I had a relative visiting. It blows up quite quickly, and you can blow it up to your firmness preference. I slept on this for a couple days myself and found that it felt lopsided and wasn’t really comfortable. I would probably top with a quality 3-4” mattress foam pad over it to make it more comfortable for guest in the future.

Needed a bed for guests in a pinch and this one definitely did not disappoint. Auto Inflates within 2-3 minutes and also sedated and back into its bag for easy storage again. My guests thought they were gonna be in a hotel lol but I had plenty of room after all for all 10 of them win win
