Got these because my home office desk (3m x 1m) is in front of the window at the front of the house. It's a huge window with a low ledge. I was getting tired of people walking across in front of the window taking a short cut and a peak inside with my paperwork on my desk (instead of coming up the drive and path). So I figured I want some screens that still allow light through but translucent so prying eyes couldn't see and not too high that the lovely view I have gets obscured.Overall these do the job just about but could have been better.Good...Great value for money for 4 screensRelatively thick plasticEasy assemblyNot good...The feet aren't quite wide enough by about 10mm to allow them to stand freely without falling over so you'll need to screw them in to your desk (screws provided and holes in the fittings ). I wasn't going to do that on a solid oak desk so a screwed them into thick pieces of pine wood to create a solid base for freestanding use. Shame really because they're just 10mm too narrow and the feet would allow freestanding without wobbling over.I think they need to be about another 10cm taller to be more effective. You could turn them to portrait orientation like I did for two of them.They are very see thru. Nowhere near as opaque as the pictures. For me I think twice as opaque as what they are is necessary. Depends on your application of course!Still, they do the job.
