Valerian Root - 1 lb - Cut & Sifted - Herbal Tea - No Fillers Or Additives

I have sleep tea with valerian root but by itself it is just s good. I got a great night sleep. Cannot wait to try using this on my goji berry, strawberry kiwi and all the many other teas I have to use for sleeping. Thankyou.

I will say this stuff tastes horrible but if you can hold your breath and get it down it REALLY WORKS. The way I drink it is with a piece of hard candy in my mouth, still not good but that makes it a little easier to drink it. After about a week it doesn't work so well so you have to stay off it for a few days then go back to it.

Product is of high quality, clean and pure.

If you've never tasted valerian root, be prepared. It isn't terrible, just not real tasty. But medicine is supposed to have a bad taste - remember the spoonful of sugar helping the medicine go down?

Not this brand… I have been drinking, cut and sifted, valerian tea every night for the last 8 years. I bought this brand a year or 2 ago and although different from my ‘usual’ supplier I liked it. BUT something has changed with this brand and it’s not like it was. It’s extremely biter. Seems like they took the dried root cut it into pieces and threw it in the bag. Compared to Frontier Co-op it’s night and day.I will NEVER buy this brand again. Unless they go back to how they used to do it. I would NOT recommend this brand. I do recommend Valerain tea. Its ability to help with anxiety and sleep is amazing. I couldn’t drink a cup of tea brewed with this brand. Absolutely awful.

I blend this with camomile for my evening tea and it works great. The only problem is the smell and how it looks. Kinda like rat poop
