I don't usually write reviews, but felt compelled to so this toy might get more visibility on Amazon. I don't know why people have given it anything less than 5 stars - this toy is great! I've had it close to 2 years and my cat still plays with it almost daily (all his other toys have to be cycled in and out). Build quality is great - it looks almost the same as when I first got it, other then the feather being ripped off, and I haven't even had to change the battery yet. For 10 bucks, it's a no brainer. Don't think, just buy!

Ok priced you, but oh my gosh the sound that mouse makes is intolerable!! The blinking red eyes and weird high pitched fast bird sound is not only annoying but enough to scare the living day lights out of you should you cat choose to start playing with it in the middle of the night. My cat liked it ok, but lost interest fairly quickly.

So cute cats are busy with many items bug hope to see interest. No prob seems ok but if no inteest theres not a reason to have sit likeva rock. Unsure bc jts really cute . Lights up eyes & much going on . Hoping seriously to havevsone interest fast. Suggested on orice durability. This fors not appear to be made cheaply its a great toy. Cats liked it for a few days but got bored I guess. The eyes light up and it makes noise. Doesn't flip over when being batted at. They have since moved on to toys that can be chased around the house so this might be better suited to a lazy or older cat.

Malfunctioned about 4 hours after setting it up. Woke up after going to bed thinking the fire alarm was going off.. this toy had started screeching nonstop. The cat was in bed with us so noone was even near it.. it wouldn't quit until we took it apart to remove the batteries. On a positive note, clearly the batteries will last a long time.

When I first brought this toy out, both of my cats seemed interested, but as suspected my orange one gave up after a quick sniff and went off to the food bowl. It’s just her personality, I can relate. But my black cat really enjoyed this toy. The light up eyes and the little squeak are a fun touch and it gets him running across the room when I bop it. Yeah I find myself bopping it sometimes, too. What can I say it’s a fun toy and it’s fun to watch my cat enjoy himself.

My kitten loved this toy although it seemed to be too small to interest the full grown cats. Unfortunately, it stopped squeaking already and even the kitten lost interest!

The media could not be loaded. We have two Ocicats, one just loves this toy - she boxes and dances with, tackles and drags room to room. Crack up watching the antics. Made just right, base heavy enough and durable, spring solid safely covered and never lost its tension. Mouse itself Durable, eyes glowed and beemed the whole time we owned, just shy of a year. Back to get more, she finally wore the mouse off the spring - it took a fair beat down!
