It's always hard to review supplements like this, because they don't show an immediate and obvious result.Apple Pectin is supposedly very beneficial, and is all natural, so can't hurt to add to a vitamin/supplement regime.The pills have a slight apple'y earthy aroma. No noticable aftertaste. Pills aren't huge, but the dosage is 3 per day.
