Main hand gripper material is mainly made of plastic instead of metal shown in the website pic only the steel are metal obviously and the kg rating is inaccurate as 60kg is not truly 60kg rather its around 40kg not 60kg lastly the rubber grip work like intended no problemStress relief ball is fine and average but it will be very small for people with large hands around the size of palm of big hands when compared to my below average hand size and it will pick up dirt easily due to its grippy rubberFinger resistance band is average as well which will fit most hands when stretched properly no problem with sizingGrip ring is the weakest ring ever 40lbs -> kg = 18 kg which is fine for portability but obviously the weakest strength trainingFinger exerciser is just average gets job done useful for people who require precision strength rather than pure strengthRating is given 4 star based on durability of plastics, ease of use to hold and the budget price range for the entire set
