This product was quick and simple to install. Complete installation took me less than 10 minutes and that includes the time to put each holder together, the phone holder and GoPro holder and attach that to the mount prior to attaching them out to the dashboard. I have a video on my YouTube channel @GladiatorJourney if you would like to search for it but YouTube will not let me link it.All you have to do is lift out the plastic insert on your dashboard and remove the two screws that you will see sticking up. Then you place the left and right ends of the mount into place and use those two screws to attach the ends to the dashboard. Once that is complete you simply sit the mount into the endpoints and use the supplied screws to attach it. Done!You do not have to cut or destroy your dashboard in any way and if you don't like the product it's as simple removal that will leave no sign I've ever having been there.

All of the 5-star reviews are accurate, except for this: The actual phone holder is spring-loaded and cannot be manually tightened. Jeeps aren't the smoothest-riding vehicles by definition, so going over railroad tracks or big bumps can cause the phone to leap out and crash onto the center console. I would give SIX stars if they would just provide a way to avoid this very annoying risk to my $1,000 phone. I am using a clamp to hopefully help, but the nice aesthetics are entirely lost and I might as well be Jethro on the Beverly Hills.

Easy to install and adjustOne of the foam pieces, where phone mounts, fell off on first use. Couldn’t find it. A few strips of gorilla tape did the trick

I bought this over a more expensive one. I'm really happy with the quality and performance. Installed easily and is very sturdy. Only draw back is now I don't have any place to display my ducks:(.

No disappointment at all. Quality aluminum construction and minimal plastic parts. Best design I found overall. If you're undecided, this is going to meet your expectations.

I have a 2018 JLU. The install was super easy. Remove factory screws and rubber mat from dash and use the factory screws to install mount. Held phone and camera perfectly while I drove about 50 miles of forest service roads here in Arizona this past week.
