Great for my new tattoo
My tattoo artist had provided me with a piece of this but after it had come off, I bought this to replace it to help with the healing process. It’s great to use for the first few days after having your tattoo

Very easy to use. I was allergic
I'm not giving this product the lowest score although I will never buy it again because it's not the manufacturers fault I was dreadfully allergic to it. I had weeping blisters, some of which have scarred.

Painful reaction
Like other reviews, I also seem to have had a reaction to this.I put it on about 24 hours ago to keep my new tattoo safe for a night out. It felt itchy and uncomfortable but I assumed that was normal. Spent all day today trying to take my mind off it, this evening it got too much, I had to remove it.All the skin around my tattoo is red, bumpy and itchy, it's hot to touch and the little bumps are actually tiny blisters. The tattoo itself is really really dry and crispy.Over all, I'm glad this helped in keeping my new ink safe in the club but I don't think I'd ever use it again. This sting is worse than the tattoo itselfEdit, second picture is the following morning. You can clearly see the affected area is only where the skin plaster was. The blisters are still very much there too

Not as good as expected
Film is very thin, others I’ve used have been thicker making it easier and sturdier to apply. This product is really thin and flimsy. Wouldn’t recommend for new, sore tattoos

Do a patch test.
I bought this as some reviews it worked perfectly, however I did a patch test on both arms for 24 hours before getting my tattoo. I’m glad I did as unfortunately within about 4 hours both patches were a little itchy. At about 7 hours I took them off and had two small red and blotchy patches where I had used this. It was easy to use and if you don’t have a reaction I’m sure it would be great. I don’t have really sensitive skin and I’m not allergic to anything and I still had a reaction. My advice is always patch test, I have used other similar products and haven’t had a reaction. Sadly I cannot give it a higher score.
